  • IT Recruiter

    YuktaMedia, headquartered in the US, is a provider of YuktaOne Media ERP and Ad and Media Operations services working with premium Publishers and Ad Agencies around the globe. With offices in Silicon Valley, US, Pune, India, and a distributed team, YuktaMedia has been growing at a fast pace for more than 7 years now.

    We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven contract to hire an IT Recruiter for our Pune office.  Qualities you should showcase are quick learner, detail orientated, analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently.

    [A] Responsibilities –

  • Java Developer

    We are looking for Java Developer who will be responsible for integrating third-party APIs, Developing and maintaining Java-based applications.

    Experience: 1-3 years.

    [1] General HR Scope of work (60%):
    • Setting objectives for the HR team, tracking progress and Monitor key HR metrics
    • Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
    • Design and implement company policies and Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
    • Address employees’ queries and pull in the appropriate team members as needed
    • Work closely with payroll regarding personnel changes, leave tracking, benefit eligibility, and garnishments

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Able to create Publisher outreach plan for lead generation of YuktaOne Media ERP and Ad & Revenue Operations services.
    2. You are expected to create your own contact list with a global Publisher network around the US, UK & Europe.
    3. Maintain lead pipeline, take follow-ups. Ability to build, handle, and mentor a strong team.
    4. Schedule meetings, provide YuktaOne demo, case studies & supporting information to lead.
    5. Developing existing relationships with YuktaMedia’ s Publishers in PAN India, ASEAN, and EU.
    6. Coordinate with our Publisher teams to understand reporting analytics and billing and reconciliation (revenue ops) requirements.
    7. Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
    8. Work closely with key stakeholders to create a business plan/sales pitch for new products/new business acquisition.
